Wages Explained

We pay different than you probably have been paid before.  We use a scale that you can get your own raise.  You never have to ask anyone for a raise, if you need more money, start doing more you get paid more.  We look at the elevel sheets and pay you according to what you are doing on the elevel sheet.  You start slacking then you start getting paid less.  We do not tell you ok you made a level you can not go down, in fact if you start not doing your job and making others do your job, you will make less.  Remember it is not the company it is your choice what you make.
